The best explanation I have heard for what cooking did - it makes it so we have an extra, large stomach outside of us, since we are partially digesting our food by cooking before we eat it.

There is a note, actually. He shot himself in the police parking lot when coming in for questioning. He left a note on the dashboard of the car. They are not as yet releasing the contents of the note.

I've only ever seen people in my family out and out resist any slowing down due to age. My dad has started using his lawn mower to get around at home (out in the country). His dad had a scooter only as he reached his 90's - it kept him active and engaged in the community until he died at 96.

I think what is in your gut is much influenced by your day-to-day diet. I have switched from a real grain based (traditional American) diet to a slow carb - no bread, protein and veggies and lentils, no dairy - but on one day I can cheat so I eat the foods that are forbidden.
